FAQ

What are your rates?

Individual sessions at 45 minutes $190

Couples sessions at 45 minutes $210

For your convenience a credit card will be kept on file to secure your session time and will be automatically charged after your appointment.

Do you accept insurance?

We are considered “out of network” for insurances. However if your insurance offers reimbursements we are happy to provide you with “super bills” for you to submit to them.

We have partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy. Use this tool below to see if you qualify for reimbursement for my services.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Should something come up we ask that you contact your therapist as soon as possible. If notice is provided with less than 24 hour notice, you will be charged the full session fee.

If there is an emergency or extenuating circumstances that prevent you from attending your session, the fee will be waived at the discretion of your therapist.

Can we meet in person?

At this time Calmly Counseling is a fully virtual practice and does not offer in person sessions. Therapy is still very effective virtually, if you’d like to discuss this further please give us a call!

 Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. The estimated costs are valid for 12 months from the date of the Good Faith Estimate. This estimate will include service codes and any diagnostic codes that may have been determined.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
